Q. Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your organisation/transport.
Q. What should I expect on my first appointment?
When We arrive at your address we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your business / transport. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.
Q. Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
The best way to prepare for your sanitiser and cleaning engineer is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the engineer can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime and not putting things in their places.
Q. Will I have the same s and c engineer each visit?
Yes. You will have the same s and c engineers for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your organisation.
Q. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We’ll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.
Q. Do you offer cleaning gift certificates?
Yes. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We will invoice you or let you have details to do a bank transfer and ref number.
Q. Do your staff receive training?
Yes. All managers and supervisors receive comprehensive training to enable them to manage the sites under their supervision in line with sanitiser and cleaning’s guidelines and required standards. Each of our cleaning engineers receives comprehensive in-house and in-situ training in all areas required for them to skilfully perform their duties. All Health and Safety issues and key company policies are covered in their initial training and induction.
Q. Are you fully insured?
We have comprehensive insurance cover which, amongst other things, covers Public Liability for £10,000,000 and employer’s liability for £10,000,000.
Q. Can you provide references?
Yes. Once you have received the formal quotation from us and are serious about going ahead, we will be happy to provide you with customer references to help you finalise your decision.
Q. Do you supply everything required?
Yes. Generally, we supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out all our cleaning tasks within the agreed price. Additionally, we regularly supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners etc., which would be invoiced.
Q. Will the changeover to sanitiser and cleaning be smooth?
Of course. We have experience in dealing with new cleaning contracts, which allows us to be thorough with planning and client liaison in order to make the changeover a seamless process. We will also deal with all appropriate legislation, so the only difference you will notice is the planned improvement in service and standards.
Q. What time do you arrive on site?
We have a completely flexible approach and will attend your premises at the time that suits your use of the site. This can be early mornings, before any of your staff arrive, during the day, or in the evening after everyone has left for the day.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
